CIS 365: Digital Film – provides students with the opportunity to develop a thorough understanding of digital video production and non-linear film editing. This course focuses primarily upon the development of digital film and the theory surrounding film studies.
As a student in this course, you will develop a further understanding of digital film, storytelling, and digital media creation. You will also come to grasp the more advanced concepts of non-linear film editing. In addition, you will begin to think critically upon how digital technologies impact the nature of film and storytelling today.
Students must complete CIS 271 (Digital Media) prior to enrolling in CIS 365. This course is typically offered every other Autumn term.
