My work on Differing Views helped me think through the essential tenets of landscape photography; one of which holds that the imagery should be horizontally oriented. The assumption of course, being that the horizon is one of the main focal points for the image. Often enough, that’s correct – however in the desert southwest there are numerous examples of interest in three dimensions. This work reflects some of those views…
